Arctic Snow

Wrightia antidysenterica

Also known as Coral Swirl, White Angel, Snowflake, Milky Way

Arctic snow is an evergreen tropical shrub renowned for producing pure white, five-petaled star-shaped blossoms nearly year-round. Native to the lowlands of Sri Lanka, it features slender branches lined with glossy opposite leaves and produces a milky latex typical of the dogbane family when stems are broken. Long valued in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, it has also become a cherished ornamental hedge across warm climates worldwide.
