Japanese morning glory is a fast-growing climbing vine famous for its broad, funnel-shaped flowers that open at dawn and close by afternoon. Deeply embedded in Japanese horticultural tradition, hundreds of selected cultivars showcase complex petal patterns, variegated leaves, and vibrant colors. While treasured in gardens, its resilient vining stems allow it to naturalize readily along sunny edges and disturbed grounds globally.
