Arabian horses are among the oldest and most influential horse breeds in the world, recognizable by their distinctive dished facial profile, wide nostrils, and high tail carriage. Originally bred by the Bedouin people of the Arabian Peninsula for endurance and speed in harsh desert climates, they developed a close bond with humans and exceptional stamina. Today, Arabians excel in endurance riding and contribute foundational genetic traits to nearly every modern light horse breed.
