Also known as Guianan Saki, Golden-faced Saki, White-headed Saki

White-faced sakis exhibit striking sexual dimorphism, with males possessing dense black fur accented by a stark white mask, while females feature a muted brownish-grey coat with subtle facial streaks. Highly adapted to vertical clinging and leaping, these arboreal primates bound effortlessly through the mid-to-upper rainforest canopy using powerful hind legs. Small, monogamous family units move discreetly through their home range, maintaining contact through quiet whistles, chirps, and low chatter.
