Confused Eusarca Moths rest with wings spread flat against foliage, displaying subtle tan-to-yellow shades decorated with fine brown lines that perfectly mimic fallen leaves. Caterpillars are slender loopers or inchworms that feed on a variety of low-growing plants, including dandelions, clover, and asters. Adults fly actively from late spring through late summer, frequently fluttering toward porch lights after dusk.
