Garden webworm moths feature triangular brownish-tan wings with subtle darker lines and spots that blend seamlessly into dried leaves. Their caterpillars web together foliage on a wide variety of crops and weeds, pulling leaves into silken shelters where they feed safely. Active primarily from spring through autumn, adults flit about fields and garden foliage when disturbed during the day.
